About After 15 years of working with the best Title people in Montgomery County, Maryland, while obtaining paralegal training and learning the full Settlement process from pre closing to post closing; Judy Sexton Fandel moved to Frederick County Maryland to Manage a small Title Service Company for 5 years. During that time my field of expertise grew and I was encouraged by many of my colleagues to start my own business. In May of 2001, we opened the Doors of Title & Abstract Services, LLC. Since that time we have researched more than 1,000 titles in both Frederick and Washington Counties, Maryland. We do a full scale of Title reporting from document retrieval to Commercial Titles no job is too small or too big. All of our employees are supervised by me personally and each title is reviewed carefully by me for accuracy and completion. We specialize in "Garbage Titles" as they seem to have followed me from County to County.
