Current owner and bring to date from owners policy $85.00 + 0.50 per copy

Two owner and limited searches ( i.e chain required) $100.00 + 0.50 per copy.

FULL RESIDENTIAL TITLES:
$175.00 + 0.50 per copy (more than one chain may incur additional fees, but we will notify you if this is the case)

Acreage Titles $205.00 and up + 0.50 per copy but fees are reasonable.

FULL COMMERCIAL TITLES:
$250.00 and up but fees very reasonable.

Commercial Rundowns $175.00 + .50 per coyp, additional recording charges may apply.

Accommodation Recording Services $25.00 per package.

Document Retrieval Services $10.00 + .50 per copy (does not include certified copies) large orders may incur additional charges.

**Note fee includes 1 update and recording, receipt and recording information returned to you in timely manner as court records allow, recording fees may be deducted if there is no recording**
