In 2001, Judy Sexton Fandel opened Title & Abstract Services, Inc.

We do a full scale of Title reporting from document retrieval to Commercial Titles.
No Job is too small, too big or too difficult. Our employees are supervised by me personally and each title is reviewed for accuracy and completion.
