** Current owner and bring to date form current owners policy $95.00

** Two owner, 36 month searches, limited searches, ( ie chain required) $100.00

** Full Residential Titles $195.00 (more than one chain may incur additional fees, but we will notify you if this is the case)

Acreage Titles $205.00 and up (fees may vary but are very reasonable)

Full Commercial Titles $300.00 and up (fees may vary but reasonable)

Commercial Rundowns $175.00

Updates for Commercial Titles $75.00 if not previously negotiated

Accommodation Recording Services $35.00 per package

Document Retrieval Services $10.00 and .50 per copy (does not include certified copies)

Certified Copies under 10 pages $20.00 (additional pages .50 per page)

NOTE:

This fee includes 1 update and recording, return receipt with recording information mailed in a timely manner as court records allow. All copies still .50 per page as needed to complete Title report, Please specify if you need full copies of any D/T’s or exceptions
Recording fees as part of title if not applicable may be deducted at $10 per order
